a. Information You Provide Directly

• Account Information: When you choose to register and log in via Google, WeChat, or email, we will collect your nickname, avatar (if any), email address, and the unique User Identifier (UID) generated by the third-party authentication service. This information is used to create and manage your account and to enable you to synchronize data across different devices.

b. Information We Collect While You Use Our Services

• User-Generated Content: Data you create and store within the application, such as colors you have saved, color palettes you have created, color history extracted from photos, etc. This data is associated with your account and securely synchronized and stored on our cloud servers for you to access at any time.
• Images You Choose to Upload: When you use specific features (such as creating a color palette with an image) and actively choose to upload an image, we will upload and store the selected image file on our cloud servers. We collect this information to allow you to synchronize and access these palettes containing images across different devices, or for other cloud functions you specify. We will never access or use these images for any other purpose without your knowledge.
• Device Permissions: To enable specific features, we may need to obtain your device permissions:
  • Camera Permission: When you use the "Live Color Picker" or "Photo Color Picker" features, we need this permission to access your device's camera. We only process the images captured by the camera while the feature is running and do not store or upload the original video/image data.
  • Storage Permission: When you choose to import images from your album for color extraction, upload your selected images for cloud synchronization, or wish to save the generated color palettes as images, we need this permission to read or write to your device's storage space.
  • Microphone Permission: We request this permission for potential future experimental features related to video or sound control. We will never access your microphone through this permission until these features are launched and actively enabled by you.
• Log and Analytics Data: We use Google Analytics for Firebase to automatically collect anonymous technical and usage data. This includes application crash reports, performance data (such as startup time), device model, operating system version, geographic location (at the country/region level only), and your interactions with application features (such as button clicks). This information is anonymous and cannot be directly linked to your personal identity. Its sole purpose is to help us diagnose problems, improve product design, and optimize the user experience.

2. How We Use Cookies and Similar Technologies

This application primarily uses cookie-like technologies (usually identifiers stored locally on the device) through integrated third-party SDKs (like Firebase) to implement basic functions such as maintaining user authentication and data analysis. We do not use these technologies to track any of your personal information outside of this application.

3. How We Share, Transfer, and Publicly Disclose Your Information

We solemnly promise not to share your personally identifiable information with any third-party companies, organizations, or individuals, except in the following cases:

• With your explicit consent.
• As required by law and regulations: In cases of legal requirements, legal procedures, litigation, or mandatory requests from government authorities.
• Sharing with third-party service providers: The proper functioning of our application depends on the support of necessary third-party services (SDKs). Currently, the third-party SDKs integrated into this application mainly include:

• Firebase (provided by Google): We use a suite of Firebase services to implement the core functions of the application, including:
  • Authentication: User authentication (Google/email/WeChat login).
  • Firestore: A cloud database for storing your user data (such as color palettes).
  • Storage: Cloud storage for securely storing image files you actively choose to upload.
  • Analytics: Anonymous application usage analysis.
  • Functions: Cloud code execution.

• Google Play Services: Used to ensure the basic services of the application function correctly on the Android platform.

• CameraX (provided by Google): Used to implement camera-related functions within the application. This library processes images locally on the device and does not upload your personal information.

4. Your Rights

You have full control over your personal information. You can exercise your rights in the following ways:

• Access and Correction: You can access and modify your personal profile, such as your nickname, on the "Me" or "Settings" page of the application.
• Data Deletion: You can delete the content you create within the application (such as color palettes and uploaded images) at any time. To delete your entire account and all associated data, please contact us through the contact information below, and we will process your request after verifying your identity.
• Withdrawal of Consent for Permissions: You can turn off permissions for the camera, storage, microphone, etc., for this application at any time in your device's system settings. Please note that after withdrawing consent, you may not be able to use functions that rely on these permissions.

5. Children's Privacy

Our services are primarily aimed at adults. This application is not targeted at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under 13. If a parent or guardian discovers that we have inadvertently collected information from your child, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it as soon as possible.
